Con l’avvicinarsi della fine del 2020, stiamo anticipando il budget per il 2021. In sostanza chiediamo il vostro contributo ed eventuali ulteriori modifiche. Possiamo consultare per eventuali attività aggiuntive e per modificare le figure proposte.
RISPOSTO
Per quanto riguarda il vostro budget per il 2021, dobbiamo informarti che il budget deve essere considerato come una linea di base per i vostri sforzi diretti alla raccolta di fondi.
La raccolta fondi degli amici e di Mondeco e Mehala non riescono a sostenere la spesa che stai programmando. Dall’inizio della pandemia di coronavirus tutte le loro attività di raccolta fondi sono state interrotte e non avranno luogo per il prossimo futuro.
In futuro entrambe le associazioni contribuiranno solo con i fondi che potrebbero ricevere da alcuni sostenitori che si spera desiderino e siano ancora in grado di sostenere le attività del progetto.
Questi contributi potranno essere insufficienti e non ci è possibile fare alcun tipo di previsione circa il loro importo.
Si ricorda quindi che d’ora in poi trasmetteremo solo gli importi che potrebbero essere disponibili per il mese successivo e che potrebbero anche essere insufficienti a coprire la linea di spesa mensile.
Da diversi anni continuiamo a informarvi che i contributi dei donatori stavano diminuendo notevolmente per cause di forza maggiore. Speravamo vivamente che nel frattempo aveste trovato altri donatori in Kenya.
Per tutti questi motivi, prima di ammettere i bambini al Villaggio Obbitu o di accogliere più famiglie da sostenere dal Progetto Sololo, riteniamo sia importante cercare sempre un donatore in grado di contribuire alla spesa.

With the end of 2020 approaching, we are bringing forward the budget for 2021. In essence, we ask for your contribution and any further changes. We can consult for any additional activities and to modify the proposed figures.

Regarding your budget for 2021, we must inform you that the budget should be considered as a baseline for your direct fundraising efforts.
Mondeco and Mehala are unable to support the expense you are planning. Since the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, all their fundraising activities have been halted and will not take place for the foreseeable future.
In the future, both associations will contribute only with the funds they could receive from some supporters that they hopefully wish and are still able to support the project’s activities.
These contributions may be insufficient and it is not possible for us to make any kind of forecast as to their amount.
Therefore, please note that from now on we will only send the amounts that may be available for the following month and which may also be insufficient to cover the monthly expense line.
For several years we have continued to inform you that donor contributions were decreasing significantly due to force majeure. We sincerely hoped that in the meantime you would have found other donors in Kenya.
For all these reasons, before admitting children to the Obbitu Village or welcoming more families to be supported by the Sololo Project, we believe it is important to always look for a donor who can contribute to the cost.
