Sono pienamente d’accordo con i tuoi criteri applicabili alle persone anziane. Tuttavia, questo progetto non deve essere limitato agli anziani. Questo programma è di “assistenza sociale” cioè è teoricamente aperto a chiunque, indigente non incluso in altri progetti Cipad, abbia bisogno di essere sostenuto una tantum o in modo continuativo. Per esempio, non ha cibo a sufficienza, non ha medicine, non è in grado di portare a termine la ristrutturazione della sua capanna, ha bisogno di un materasso, una coperta, una zanzariera,… in teoria tutto ciò che è ritenuto necessario e approvato dalla MT.
