Con la presenza del Comitato di Gestione al completo, si è svolto l’incontro organizzato da CIPAD con gli studenti e con i loro tutori.
L’incontro ha segnato il passaggio dei ragazzi/e al programma studenti della scuola superiore.
E’ stato un successo che si è concluso con un piccolo rinfresco a base di biscotti e bibite.
Gli oratori hanno spiegato ai ragazzi/e il percorso di studi che affronteranno, raccomandando loro la disciplina e un serio impegno nel duro lavoro che li attende.
Li hanno messi in allerta anche a riguardo dei pericoli che incombono quando si iniziano a frequentare nuovi ambienti e nuovi coetanei, tra i quali potrebbero esserci insidie che possono portare fuori dalla retta strada.

Ai tutori è stato consigliato di monitorare molto da vicino i progressi dei ragazzi/e e di essere di supporto nel guidarli in questa nuova e delicata fase della loro vita

Il Comitato di Gestione ha informato i ragazzi/e e i loro tutori a riguardo dell’esigenza di rispondere sempre e tempestivamente alle richieste di informative che verranno formulate da CIPAD.
Queste servono a monitorare i progressi, a favorire la frequenza scolastica, accompagnando nel modo migliore la crescita e lo sviluppo dei ragazzi/e.
Le stesse informazioni saranno poi condivise con i sostenitori/donatori che potranno così verificare e seguire i progressi anche da lontano.

With the presence of the full Management Committee, the meeting organized by CIPAD with the children and their guardians took place.
The meeting marked the transition of the children to the high school student program.
It was a success that ended with a small refreshment based on biscuits and drinks.
The speakers explained the course of study to the students, recommending discipline and a serious commitment to the hard work that awaits them. They also alerted them to the dangers that loom when starting to frequent new environments and new peers, among which there could be pitfalls that can lead them off the right path.
The guardians were advised to monitor the progress of the children very closely and to be supportive in guiding them in this new and delicate phase of their life.
The Management Committee informed the children and their guardians about the need to always and promptly respond to requests for information that will be formulated by CIPAD.
These are used to monitor progress, to encourage school attendance, accompanying the growth and development of children in the best possible way.
The same information is then shared with the donors who can thus verify and follow the progress even from afar.
