this meeting is an annual event where we provide information on support of secondary school joining form 1 each year.
We also encourage, counsel the children and the relatives.
The meeting was graced with the OVC management committee. They play a key role in terms of meeting the beneficiaries since they had the role of admitting and exiting them from the program. involving them in fee distribution enhances transparency and equitably on the side of the project staffs
the meeting ended with all parties satisfied and happy with the effort of the project since education support was one item they had hoped for from the project
INCONTRO DEL COMITATO DI GESTIONE CON GLI STUDENTI CHE INIZIANO LE SCUOLE SUPERIORI. Questo incontro è un evento annuale in cui diamo le informazioni di supporto necessarie per iniziare la scuola secondaria provenendo dalla scuola primaria. Incoraggiamo, consigliamo i minori e i parenti. L’incontro è stato onorato dalla presenza del comitato di gestione di OVC. Il comitato svolge un ruolo chiave in termini di mediazione con i beneficiari, poiché ha avuto un ruolo importante nel definire i termini di ammissione e di uscita dal programma degli studenti. Il loro coinvolgimento nella distribuzione dei sostegni aumenta la trasparenza e conferma l’equità rispettata dal parte del personale del progetto. L’incontro si è concluso con tutte le parti soddisfatte e felici dello sforzo del progetto poiché il sostegno all’istruzione era un elemento che in tanti avevano sperato di poter ricevere dal progetto.
